Academic Program

At Miriam College Grade School, we believe every child is a confident learner – curious, creative, and eager to grow. Our academic program nurtures this confidence through a holistic, future-ready curriculum that builds essential skills and character while fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Students are guided to become Multidimensional Children who are thinkers, creators, and explorers with heart, equipped for success in school and beyond.

Grade School Structure

Our Grade School Department covers Preschool and Grades 1 to 6, providing a seamless learning journey from early childhood to elementary education.

The Preschool Program (First Step, Nursery, and Kindergarten) lays the foundation for lifelong learning. These early years focus on building confidence, curiosity, and essential skills that prepare children for success as they transition to the elementary levels.

The Elementary Program (Grades 1 to 6) builds on this foundation through an enhanced curriculum that develops literacy, numeracy, scientific thinking, and values formation. Students engage in 21st-century learning approaches, including Project-Based Learning (PBL), and explore subjects such as Math, Science, English, Filipino, Makabansa/Araling Panlipunan, CLE-GMRC, and special disciplines like Music, Arts, PE, Health, Computer, and HELE. This stage ensures learners grow into confident, capable, and compassionate individuals ready for success in the High School.
