The HEU Campus Ministry Office (HEU-CMO) led a group of 28 people to a pilgrimage in Tagaytay and Batangas last June 5. It was a day of prayer, bonding, and relaxation as they visited St. Augustine Major Seminary in Tagaytay, Caleruega Church in Nasugbu Batangas, and Adoration Chapel of the Divine Mercy or the Pink Sisters Convent. The group attended Mass in Tagaytay presided by Fr. Ponsiano Ngondwe, SJ.
The pilgrim-group was composed of the Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Maria Lourdes Baybay; MC Museum-GAWA Curator Joseph Renta; HEU-CMO Coordinator Adie Isidro and Secretary Erika Aguilar; CMO volunteers and members of the Miriam College Liturgical Choir; family members; and friends.
As one community, the pilgrims offered rosaries and special prayers for Marawi and the country.
