The Miriam College – Women and Gender Institute (MC-WAGI), in partnership with Miriam College – Technology Business Incubator (TBI), had several sessions on December 4 and 5, 2023 at the Innovation Center, Miriam College.

As a continuation of the Gender Smart Training for Business Incubators last April, the entrepreneurs closed their cohort by assessing their journey as incubators last December 4. Prof. Pacita Fortin led the workshop on “Reflecting on the Year: Revisiting the Gender Lens Strategies”.

On December 5, a “Training of Trainers – Gender-Responsive Incubation Program for Luzon Incubators” was conducted with sessions on Perspectives and Mindsets: The Gender Dimension of Business and Entrepreneurship with Dr. Melanie Reyes, WAGI Executive Director, and Micro and Macro Views: The Factors Affecting Gender-responsiveness of a Business with Asst. Prof. Pacita Fortin, WAGI Faculty Associate.
