Miriam College – Women and Gender Institute (MC-WAGI), in partnership with Quezon City – Gender and Development (QC-GAD) Office, conducted a Training of Trainers for QC-GAD Technical Working Group from December 11-15, 2023 at Miriam College facilitated by Mr. Vince Hermoso.  

The sessions were filled with enriching and engaging presentations by WAGI’s pool of experts. Presenters include: Ms. Cecilia Fantastico, a gender resource pool member of the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), Prof. Aurora de Dios, WAGI Senior Project Director, Atty. Mylen Gonzales-Esquivel, Executive Director of Child Rights’ Advocacy Center (CRAC), Dr. Tesa de Vela, WAGI Faculty Associate, Dr. Melanie Reyes, WAGI Executive Director, Asst. Prof. Stella Fong, WAGI Faculty Associate, and Mr. Vince Hermoso. 

To conclude the Training of Trainers for QC-GAD Technical Working Group (TWG), the participants simulated the sessions assigned to them. This is aimed for their creativity and readiness in the conduct of training.
