FEATURED RESOURCE
Dr. Gail Galang is a professor, psychologist, and peace advocate, as well as a proud mother of four (aged 28, 25, 18, and 15). She currently serves as Chair of both the undergraduate Psychology program and the Doctorate in Family Studies at Miriam College, where she also holds the position of Associate Director at the Center for Peace Education.
Her advocacies are deeply rooted in mental health and peace education, and she shares accessible insights on these topics through social media as @docgailgalang. She also supports individuals and families as a psychotherapist at the ILAW Center and through the NowServing app.
Outside of her many roles, Dr. Galang finds balance through meditation, yoga, reading, and walking, though she’s quick to admit she has little patience for traffic and toxic environments.
