BASIC EDUCATION UNIT (KINDER - GRADE 10)

- Most recent current level *report card (SY 2024-2025)
- *PEPT Certificate for those coming from DepEd non-accredited schools
- Previously completed grade level report card (SY 2023-2024)
- Most recent current level *report card (SY 2024-2025)
- Original copy of the Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA) birth certificate
- Clear copy of Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics)
- One (1) piece 2×2 recent colored ID picture
- Original Transcript of Records with English translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Establishment located at the student’s country of origin or legal residence
- Report cards should have the English translation for foreign students from a foreign school
- Certification from previous school indicating promotion to the next level
- Original and photocopy of updated Passport and Visa of parents and student
- Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Recognition / I-Card (present original for verification)
- BI Form 2014-02-005 Rev 0/CGAF Form (form provided by MCA)
- Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino if with dual citizenship
- Submit the complete accomplished forms and documents at the admissions window from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm.
- Wait for the admissions staff to review the documents and encode the application.
- Once encoded by the admissions staff, proceed to the cashier window for payment of the P500 non-refundable application fee.
- Present receipt of payment to the admissions staff.
- For Kinder, assessment schedule will be given.
- For Grades 1 to 10, assessment schedule will be given.

Anticipate within 10 working days from the date of test or assessment the decision letter to be sent via email, provided that the complete admission requirements have been submitted.Â
Settle the reservation fee on or before the deadline indicated in the decision letter to secure the slot until enrollment.

WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Undergraduate Program Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Senior High School student and SHS graduates who are eligible to proceed to college who have not enrolled in tertiary education in the Philippines or abroad.
- Filipino student who passed the Bureau Alternative Learning System (BALS or ALS) Test (equivalent to Grade 12 senior high school).
- Upload soft copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR) or Official Transcript of Records (OTR) or True Copy of Grades (TCG) for preliminary assessment.
- International student who graduated in Philippine high schools
- Permanent resident with Alien Certificate of Registration
- Dual citizen who declares Filipino citizenship

Pay the non-refundable Application Fee of P500 through the option below and keep the receipt or proof of payment for document upload:Â

**Note that application fee is waived for students from government science high schools, public schools, indigents and PWD. Make sure that you have proof of this as well so you can upload this in Step 3. 
*Remember! Keep a copy of your payment reference or proof that the application fee can be waived as you will be asked to upload this in Step 3.

HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?
MC Alviera is a creative school designed to develop and enhance 21st century skills among its learners. Roll up your sleeves and prepare to let your creative juices flow as you apply yourself in these assessment activities that allow you to showcase your creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills!  Â
Phase 1: Elevator Pitch. Imagine finding yourself riding the same elevator with a potential investor or someone you need to impress. You only have a couple of minutes to make a positive impression. How will you do it? An elevator pitch is a clear, succinct and persuasive spiel that is explained clearly and effectively. In your elevator pitch, creatively answer any of the questions below.

- Tell us who you are and how you have demonstrated creativityÂ
- How will you use your talents to make a difference?Â
- Specific instructions on submitting your elevator pitch and the rubrics (or how your output will be assessed) will be given to you once you have submitted your application.  Â
Phase 2: Hackathon. Once you’ve passed the first phase, an MCA Team member will reach out to you and invite you to participate in a Hackathon with other applicants. A hackathon is an event where you meet other applicants and collaborate on ideating a solution to a specific issue. In this case, it will be related to Education, Creative Industries, Global Affairs, Environment or Business. You will then be given the chance to pitch your creative idea to a panel of experts!

Miriam College Alviera is set to open in School Year 2023-2024.
The programs will be offered in phases. We will be offering Basic Education, Higher Education, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training programs on our first year:
Higher Education
Admissions will begin not later than September 2022. We will make sure to announce the schedule on billboards in Pampanga as well as on our online and social media platforms as soon as details are in place. In the meantime, we would suggest that you to fill out our Contact Form so we can personally update you about admissions and enrollment details once they are ready.
