Miriam College is a premier women's college in the Philippines. Founded in 1924, Miriam College offers programs at the basic, tertiary, post-graduate and adult education levels.

Foreign Students

Non-Filipino citizens including Filipino-born-and-naturalized American citizens who are applying for the first time in College are considered foreign applicants. Foreign students may apply as incoming First Year College students.

Foreign applicants who have taken units from another College or University may also apply and are considered foreign-transfer applicants.

Miriam College has exchange agreements with colleges and universities around the world. Most exchange students take our courses for one full semester or one academic year. Visit your school's international linkages office to inquire if your school has an ongoing exchange program with Miriam College.

Application Procedure

  1. STEP 1: Apply online through the MC HEU Application Portal.
    • If you experience technical difficulty in creating an account, try opening the link in another web browser. For other concerns, you may email coll-admission@mc.edu.ph.
  1. STEP 2: Pay the application fee. Use the reference number indicated in the billing invoice.
    • Application fee: One hundred dollars (U$100) or its equivalent in Philippine Peso

Credit Card Payment (Onsite)

Credit Card Payment

The school only accepts credit card payment thru BPI, BDO and METROBANK.

Credit card transactions are done on campus and requires a scheduled visit. Send an email to mctreasury@mc.edu.ph with the subject heading
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT_NAME OF STUDENT_GRADE/YEAR LEVEL
for your appointment schedule. 

The Cashier’s Office will be open to process credit card payments every Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10AM to 2PM.

Accomplish a printed MC Health Checklist Form and present it at Gate 1 during your scheduled campus visit.

Payment from Overseas

Payment from Overseas

You can pay the application fee through your bank or any remittance centers such as  Western Union, Remitly, or Ria. Follow the steps in this document: OVERSEAS PAYMENT.

  1. STEP 3: Email the confirmation of payment of the Application Fee to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph; mctreasury@mc.edu.ph.
    • Include the following: (1) Applicant Name, (2) Application ID Number, and (3) clear copy of the deposit slip or confirmation email.
    • Use HEU_ APPL FEE/RESERVATION FEE_NAME OF STUDENT as the subject of the email.
  1. STEP 4: Download the forms below:.

    Type in your retrieval keys to access your account.

    Upload the documents (in PDF format)  you have on hand.

    Please take note that there are certain documents your School Officials may opt to send to us directly through our email address coll-admission@mc.edu.ph. In this case, we will upload the documents from our end.

Notes:

The Secondary School Record (SSR) is different from Form 137. 

Applicants who are studying in or graduated from a high school outside the Philippines need to submit a copy of the Transcript of Records for evaluation purposes (to be accomplished by and emailed directly by the School Registrar). 

Upon acceptance to the college, the foreign applicant must submit the original copy of the Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of High School grades duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Establishment located at the student’s country of origin or legal residence.

OPTION 2: Email

Soft copies of the documents may be emailed directly to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph by:

  • Registrar (Secondary School Record or Copy of Transcript of Records)
  • Adviser (Recommendation Form)
  • Guidance Counselor (Recommendation Form)


Notes:
