Miriam College (Ilaw)
ILAW (Integrative Lifestyle And Well-being) is a school-based center that provides holistic well-being and mental health care to the members of the Miriam College community and external clients. It also offers learning and innovation opportunities, community extension services and advocacy, and resources and networks.Â

Anchored on the Miriam College spirituality and core values, ILAW’s services and programs are informed by the Filipino felt experience of Ginhawa*, School Community Well-being and Mental Health Care (WMHC) Model*, integrative approaches in health, contemplative tradition, developmental and clinical psychology, positive psychology, creative interventions, other health science and transdisciplinary researches and practices, and current realities.
