Design

The Bachelor of Design program aims to cultivate individuals who demonstrate creativity, productivity, and professionalism within the Arts and Design field. Graduates will exhibit competence, commitment, leadership, and a dedication to lifelong learning within their specialized design area of expertise.

The program strives to develop graduates who embody the principles of global citizenship, emphasizing values such as peace, justice, truth, and integrity in their creative endeavors. Through their work, they will contribute positively to local and global communities, fostering inclusivity and ethical practice.

Furthermore, the program is committed to fostering a culture of continuing professional development. Graduates will be equipped with the skills and motivation to pursue continuing education opportunities, both within commercial enterprises and academic institutions. They will adapt to evolving creative industry trends and contribute meaningfully to their respective design fields throughout their careers.

Interior + Public Spaces

This is a research-based design program that aims to provide solutions to global societal concerns by way of spatial design. Students are mentored by professionals and industry experts in learning materials, processes, prototyping techniques, structure and form development. They will also take on case studies of real companies or individuals who are in the business of designing livable interiors, public outdoor spaces, store display and visual merchandising, exhibitions and events design.

Product Innovation

This is a research-based design program that aims to provide solutions to global societal concerns by way of product design. Students are mentored by professionals and industry experts in learning materials, processes, prototyping techniques, structure and form development. They will also take on case studies of real companies who are in the business of package and print design, bag design, furniture, lighting, toys, game and sports design.

Sustainable Wear
This is a research-based design program that aims to provide solutions to global societal concerns by way of sustainable material for clothing design. Students are mentored by professionals and industry experts in learning pattern making, clothing construction, and surface ornamentation. They will also take on case studies of real companies or individuals who are in the business of fashion illustration, costume design and makeup, as well as in the creation of both casual wear and formal wear.

Visual Communication

This is a research-based design program that aims to provide solutions to global societal concerns by way of visual communication. Students are mentored by professionals and industry experts in learning animation, digital modeling, video and motion graphics, multimedia production, and web design. They will also take on case studies of real companies who are in the business of brand development, typography, user-centered/user-interfaced design, mobile applications, educational technologies, and games and entertainment production.
