BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN
Business Administration
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is designed to prepare its graduates for a productive career in business management — whether as members of large business organizations or as small business entrepreneurs. The emphasis is on developing the graduates’ analytical abilities to enable them to make sound decisions under new and varied conditions. Business, social, and environmental responsibilities are given special thrusts. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration has Three (3) major areas: Financial & Investments Management, Human Resource Management, and Marketing Management.
The Financial and Investments Management focuses on the development of graduates with excellent decision-making, problem solving and analytical abilities to meet the demand for specialists and leaders in the financial sector. It touches on all areas of finance, including the valuation of real and financial assets, risk management, the trade-off between risk and expected return, and corporate financing policy. While primarily developing specialized financial skills, our students consider and evaluate different factors in making informed decisions for continued financial growth in an organization.
Human Resource Management focuses on understanding of industry-relevant knowledge, skills and experience needed for a successful career in Human Resource. It broadens the knowledge of students on the types of strategic and operational issues that are likely to be encountered by HR professionals. It provides students with knowledge and abilities in workforce organization, job analysis, recruitment, compensation, training development, diversity and inclusion, legal provisions, and other labor concerns.
The Marketing Management focuses on the challenges of marketing management in manufacturing and service industries: analyzing marketing environments, evaluating strategic alternatives, and designing and implementing marketing programs.
It covers marketing management along with related subjects in brand management, digital marketing, service marketing, integrated marketing communications, marketing research, and international marketing strategy.
