The Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management and Leadership provides students with a solid foundation in operational and strategic Human Resource Management professional practice. A unique feature of the program is its emphasis on leadership, and the role that Human Resources practitioners play in leading and influencing organizational performance. Applied learning experiences rooted in Human Resources principles are an integral component of this program. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities available to them to participate in an optional applied work experience during their program of study. Students of this program will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management and Leadership jointly awarded by Camosun College and Miriam College.
