1. Applicant must be at least a high school graduate.
2. Secure and submit a Medical Certificate that states you are physically fit to take a culinary course
3. Download the Application Form or obtain a printed copy of the form at the Department of Entrepreneurship located at Room 202, 2F Paz Adriano (PA) Building, Higher Education Unit, Miriam College.
4. Apply Online or personally submit your Application Form at the the Department of Entrepreneurship. Wait for confirmation of your slot.
5. After confirmation confirmation of your slot, pay the course fee at any of the following venues:
- MC College Cashier: open Monday – Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Present your official receipt at the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (2F Paz Adriano Bldg)
- Over-the-counter at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
- Miriam College Savings Account: 3081-1192-27
- Email a clear copy of the VALIDATED DEPOSIT SLIP with your full name and the course you are taking to: mctreasury@mc.edu.ph, csantos@mc.edu.ph, and msevilla@mc.edu.ph
- Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Website or Mobile App
- Transfer to 3rd Party to 3081-1192-27 (Miriam College Savings Account)
- Forward the Confirmation Email (or a screenshot of the confirmation page on the app/website) with your full name and the course you are taking to: mctreasury@mc.edu.ph, csantos@mc.edu.ph, and msevilla@mc.edu.ph
6. Claim your official receipt from the College Cashier. Provide the CBEA Office a photocopy of your receipt.
This course has 6 units credit for the ladderized Associate in International Culinary Arts program.
Payment
- Total Program Fee: PhP 30,000
- You may opt to pay in full or pay 50% of the course fee (PhP 15,000) initially and pay the rest on/before the 5th session
