Miriam College aims to make quality education accessible to all by providing scholarships and financial aid to deserving and talented students regardless of their socio-economic status.
Merit Scholarship for Incoming Grades 7 and 11
Incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 students who rank in the Top 5 of their graduating batch are eligible to apply for a Merit Scholarship, provided the total batch population is at least 70 students.
Requirements:
- Certificate of Ranking issued by the Registrar of the student’s previous school:
- For Grade 7 applicants: Certificate of ranking in Grade 6
- For Grade 11 applicants: Certificate of ranking in Grade 10
This certificate must clearly indicate the student’s rank and the total number of graduates in the batch.
Financial Aid Scholarship
The Financial Aid Scholarship is available to students who meet the following criteria:
- Have completed at least one (1) year of residency at Miriam College (MC)
- Have a verifiable financial need
Applicants must submit supporting documents as part of the evaluation process.
Government Subsidy
Miriam College is now an ESC participating school. New students from an ESC participating school may submit their ESC certificate to the Registrar’s Office during enrollment.
The Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) is a program of financial assistance wherein subsidies in the form of vouchers are provided to qualified SHS learners in VP-participating SHSs.
