SDG 14: Life Below Water

Miriam College is dedicated to protecting coastal ecosystems and strengthening marine literacy. Alongside the institution’s commitment to responsible consumption and production, the school implements policies on reducing waste, particularly handling plastic that find their way into marine ecosystems. This is supplemented by providing environmental education opportunities, like the goal of climate action, to facilitate discussions and empower the community in organizing initiatives that promote marine life protection.
