The Miriam College High School (MCHS) Summer Overseas Attachment Program (SOAP) aims to provide opportunities for our students to join classes and interest-based workshops facilitated by the faculty of our partner schools and colleges abroad. For the month of June, three groups travelled to Canada, Japan and Taiwan. The program hopes to develop our students’ critical thinking, decision-making and collaborative skills while supporting their passion and interests.
On June 7-18, 2025, 21 high school students and three teacher-chaperones came to Camosun College, Victoria, BC, Canada to join workshops on arts and design and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).
