At the heart of MISMO is the Miriam Spirituality. We work on a framework based on the tripod of Christian Formation – namely, Religious Education, Campus Ministry and Social Action. And these are the expressions of our spirituality.
Our formation is inspired by the Maryknoll legacy, anchored on the vision-mission and core-values of the school and guided by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, incarnated in the Church. In the end, we hope that we all become disciples of Christ, as lived and exemplified by Miriam of Nazareth, our Patroness.
Finally, MISMO hopes that all members of the Miriam College community live out Miriam Spirituality – by taking pride of our Maryknoll legacy and Miriam identity – Christ-centered, Catholic, Filipino, lay, and Missionary; by celebrating through worship and prayer, and by being empowered to lead in mission, communion, and service.
