Miriam College warmly welcomes Ms. Grace F. Favila as its new Officer-in-Charge (OIC) President, and Ms. Cynthia O. Morales as Assistant to the President.
The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Grace Favila, current member of the Board of Trustees, as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) President of Miriam College.
Ms. Favila has long been a steadfast advocate of the College’s mission and brings with her a distinguished track record in leadership, governance, and service. Her extensive experience spans both corporate and educational sectors, bringing a valuable blend of operational acumen and values-driven leadership. Known for her consultative and collaborative approach, Ms. Favila has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the College’s culture, community, and aspirations. Her appointment as OIC President reflects her readiness to lead the institution with integrity, wisdom, and a clear vision for its continued growth and relevance in an evolving educational landscape.
Miriam College is equally pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Cynthia Morales, former Head of Miriam College Nuvali, as the Assistant to the President. In this role, Ms. Morales will support the Office of the President in managing key administrative, operational, and strategic functions. Her experience leading both Miriam College Loyola Heights and Nuvali campuses in various capacities has equipped her with invaluable insights into the institution’s systems, culture, and aspirations. Her leadership ensures continuity and reinforces our collective commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
