Application Procedure

STEP 1: Create an application or retrieve an existing application on our MC HEU Application Portal.

  • If you experience technical difficulty in creating an account, try opening the link in another web browser. For other concerns, you may send an email to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph.
STEP 2: Pay the application fee. Use the information in the billing invoice.
  • Application Fee: PhP 600 (Filipino citizen)  |  $100 (non-Filipino citizen)
  • Use the reference number indicated in the billing invoice during payment.

STEP 3: Email the confirmation of payment of the Application Fee to mctreasury@mc.edu.ph and to coll-admission@mc.edu.ph:

  • Include the following: (1) Applicant Name, (2) Application ID Number, and (3) clear copy of the deposit slip or confirmation email.
  • Use HEU_ APPL FEE _NAME OF STUDENT  as the subject of the email.
STEP 4: Download and accomplish the forms:
  • Recommendation Form (for professor OR supervisor)
STEP 5: Prepare the Application Requirements
  • Application Form  
  • Recommendation Form (from professor OR supervisor) 
  • Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records of the last school attended 
  • Curriculum Vitae 
  • Personal essay on one’s strengths, achievements, and goals 
STEP 6: Submit your application requirements through your Application Portal.

Type in your retrieval keys to access your account.

Upload the documents (in PDF format) indicated on your dashboard.

In the event, your recommender opts to send us your recommendation form directly, they may do so through our email address coll-admission@mc.edu.ph. In this case, we will upload the document from our end.

 

Send us an email at coll-admission@mc.edu.ph to inform us of what documents you uploaded. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 working days, please send us another email or get in touch with us through the following:

NOTE: For applicants who created an online application before December 9, 2022, please send in your Application Requirements through coll-admission@mc.edu.ph. 

STEP 6: Interview with the Program Chairperson
  • Upon submission of complete requirements, the Admissions Office will forward the documents to the Department.
  • You will receive an email from the Department regarding the interview with the Program Chairperson and further advice about the program.

Credit Card Payment

The school only accepts credit card payment thru BPI, BDO and METROBANK.

Credit card transactions are done on campus and requires a scheduled visit.

The Cashier’s Office will be open to process credit card payments every Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10AM to 2PM.
