Application Procedure for

New Students

A new student is an applicant who will be studying in Miriam College for the first time or returning to Miriam College after studying in another school for a year or more.

STEP 1: Begin your application by preparing the documents below:
  • NSO/PSA birth certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate

    Downloadable Form

    Waiver (For non-Catholics only)
STEP 2: Apply online through the MC BEU Application Portal and create your account in the Student Database Management System (SDMS).

If you experience technical difficulty in creating an account, try opening the link in another web browser. For other concerns, you may send an email to: beuadmissions@mc.edu.ph

STEP 3: Pay the application fee. Use the information in the billing invoice.

STEP 4: Email the confirmation of payment of the Application Fee to mctreasury@mc.edu.ph and to:
  • First Step to Grade 1 – Ms. Mary Anne Javier mcjavier@mc.edu.ph
  • Include the following: (1) Applicant Name, (2) Application ID Number, and (3) clear copy of the deposit slip or confirmation email.
  • Use BEU_ APPL FEE _NAME OF STUDENT  as the subject of the email.

What's Next?

You will receive your admission status via email. Accepted applicants will receive instructions on the payment of the Reservation Fee and pre-enrollment requirements

Application Procedure for

International Students

International students are applicants who have a non-Filipino nationality or a Filipino national who has studied from a foreign or international school.

Begin your application by preparing the documents below:
  • Accomplished Application Form
  • Original copy of the applicant’s birth certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • 3 copies of recent, colored, and identical 2×2 ID photo
  • Original Transcript of Records with English translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Establishment located at the student’s country of origin or legal residence.
  • Photocopy of passport and present the original passport
  • ACR I-Card
  • Documents for the issuance of Special Study Permit (SSP)
  • Certified True Copy of the following report cards: previous grade levels and current grade level (latest grading period). Report Cards should have the English translation for foreign students from a foreign school
  • Certificate of recognition as a Filipino if with dual citizenship

The school only accepts credit card payment thru BPI, BDO and METROBANK.

Credit card transactions are done on campus and requires a scheduled visit.

The Cashier’s Office will be open to process credit card payments every Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10AM to 2PM.
